LACAVA Rewards
Earn rewards on qualifying LACAVA sales. Follow the steps below to activate your account, submit purchase orders, earn points, and request digital gift card payouts.
How It Works
Receive an invitation
Participation is by invitation only. LACAVA sends each invited salesperson an individual link to create an account.
Complete training
After creating your account, watch the training video and complete the questions. You must answer at least 8 correctly to pass.
Training must be completed again every 6 months.
Access your rewards portal
Once training is complete, you can access your dashboard to submit purchase orders and track their status, your points, and payout activity.
Submit purchase orders*
Enter each qualifying purchase order in the portal. New submissions remain Pending while LACAVA reviews them.
Purchase orders with non-standard showroom discounts or special pricing are not eligible for payment.
Earn points after your order is invoiced
LACAVA approves a purchase order only after it has been invoiced. Points are added to your account when the purchase order is approved.
Redeem your rewards
Submit a W-9 and wait for LACAVA approval. Once approved and your balance meets the minimum, request a payout as a digital gift card.
* Purchase order eligibility begins when you create your rewards account. You may submit only purchase orders dated on or after your account creation date. Purchase orders dated before you created your account are not eligible. Program duration is subject to change.
How You Earn Points
First $8,000 each month
1%
Earn 1% of list price on monthly approved sales up to $8,000.
Sales above $8,000
2%
After reaching $8,000, earn 2% of list price on additional approved sales through the end of that month.
Payout Details
$100
Minimum payout
Your available reward balance must be at least $100 before you can request a payout.
$2,000
Maximum per card
Payouts over $2,000 are split. One virtual card is issued for up to $2,000, with another card issued for the remaining amount.
6 months
Card expiration
Payouts are delivered as digital gift cards. Each card expires six months after it is issued.
W-9 approval is required
Before requesting your first payout, upload a completed W-9 through the portal. You can request a payout after LACAVA reviews and approves the form.
